The WCBGA relies on the energy and support provided by dedicated volunteers willing to come out to assist us annually with our WCBGA Championships and provincial events we host in the Western Canadian region. Our WCBGA Championships are rotated through the 4 Western provinces, allowing blind golf to be showcased, promoted, and supported equally amongst them. Therefore, we appreciate and are thankful for the vital volunteer support we receive from province to province.
The WCBGA would like to offer another BIG thank-you to the 2025 Tournament Committee and the Lakeside Lions Club for their incredible support. Their financial contributions, fundraising efforts, and tireless volunteer work were instrumental in the success of the 2025 RBS-WCBGA Championships in Gimli, MB. This remarkable event came together thanks in large part to WCBGA member John Sanderson, who generously volunteered to host. Thanks to “Uncle” John for stepping up and surrounding yourself with a solid and hardworking team there in Manitoba. Congrats on a exceptional event.
